Fine Dining in our Catered Chalets
I (Marty) am passionate about food and in turn I am passionate about providing our guests with the highest standard of cuisine, whilst being a keen snowboarder I know that for a week on the slopes you need plenty of fuel. We use local and organic produce wherever possible; all of our apple based desserts are created with apples from our own gardens and in the upcoming season we will have our own organic red wine in our Bansko chalets.We give our chefs a sample menu and training at the beginning of each season, but they have free run of their kitchens and we encourage them to create new, delicious and interesting dishes for you. We are happy to cater for vegetarian skiers and those with other dietary requirements , just let us know what you need.
- A wholesome breakfast is essential for a day on the slopes, we offer cereals, porridge, an egg option, fresh bread & preserves, tea, coffee and juice.
- Return to the chalet for a diet defying afternoon tea consisting of hot drinks, bread & locally made preserves and a tempting freshly baked cake.
- Four course evening meals (our palate cleansers are often declared to be the guests' favourites - especially when they involve champagne!) accompanied by free flowing local wines and soft drinks. In our Bulgarian chalets we also serve local beer with your evening meal.
- Speciality Night; one evening of the week we will introduce you to some of our favourite local mountain dishes to give you a taste of Bulgarian or Italian flavour.
