Our Chalet Service
Our experience and love of the mountains means that we go out of our way to make sure that you have an unforgettable holiday. As a small company we can tailor your holiday to your requirements and make sure that everyone in your groups has a fantastic experience. We are happy to chat to you over the phone or via email to make sure that everything is ready for your holiday from your dietary requirements to special Birthday celebrations.
By organising each part of your holiday before you arrive means that you can relax as soon as you arrive:
- Lift Passes (they will be waiting for you in the chalet when you arrive)
- Ski Lessons (we will take you to meet your instructor on your first morning)
- Your Airport transfers (a professional transfer company will collect you from the airport)
- Ski Hire (the SkiMania shop stays open for us so that we can get your gear organised on your first evening)
Your freshly baked cake and hot drinks will be ready for you when you arrive and you'll have time to get settled in and meet your hosts before they take you to the SkiMania hire shop. On your first morning, your hosts will make sure that no-one forgets their lift pass or gloves and will take you up the mountain to meet your instructors or to cary on for some mountain guiding.
Your chalet hosts will be on hand all week to share their local knowlegde of the best ski routes and conditions as well as providing you with delicious gourmet meals to make sure that you have the best chalet holiday possible!
