Outdoor Swimming Pools

When the temperatures are high in Summer, a visit to one of the local outdoor swimming pools can help to cool you down.

Dobrinishte has a new pool, with naturally slightly warm water that comes from the mineral springs by the river. It's great for families and the warmer water temperature means that it is a great place to visit in Spring and at the end of Summer. The price per person is 6 Leva for the day.

Banya boasts the Piry swimming pool, the pool has a diving board and the complex also has a volleyball court, tennis court and football pitch. The price per person if 5 Leva for the day. If you go after 4pm, the price drops to 3 Leva and this is the best time to play in the sports areas as the sun is dropping.

Within Bansko itself, a number of apartments and hotels have their own small outdoor swimming pools of if you prefer some privacy there is always the chalet jacuzzi!
